Doug Lacey's Basement Systems is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to serve on our team of Customer Care Representatives.  Our purpose is to redefine our construction industry by providing our customer with a remarkable experience.  We care deeply for and strive to build a long-term relationship with each customer.  At BSC we also redefine our employees.  We want our employees to know that they are the most valuable to us and experience success in a way they never imagined for themselves.


This individual must possess:


  • Strong organizational, customer service and time management skills;
  • Experience in the customer service field minimum 2 years experience;
  • Back ground in a previous call center role required;
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends;
  • High attention to and accuracy to detail;
  • Proficiency in computer programs and apps;
  • The ability to troubleshoot; and
  • Excellent verbal communication skills;
  • This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone, both for inbound informational/troubleshooting calls, and outbound sales calls to schedule sales appointments or annual maintenance appointments.
